1. Importing, stocking and supplying cannabis seeds is not subject to regulation in pursuance of the 1961 Single Treaty on Narcotics. In countries such as the Netherlands (Holland), freedom to trade Cannabis seeds is clearly incorporated in the national Opium or Narcotics Act legislation. In a number of countries trading in cannabis seeds does not require a permit.

We dispatch our seeds with the reservation that they will not be used by third parties in conflict with the law.

2. Shipping terms
2.1 Lost packages:
Regarding your order(s), we are not responsible for any lost packages by the mail service.
We send our orders by priority mail. There is always a risk of loss and you should be aware of this before ordering.
We offer stealth delivery by priority mail and we trust delivery will be made on the same conditions.
High-Supplies.com will not accept any responsibility for loss in this respect.
2.2 Confiscated packages
Due to very strict regulations in some countries, we can not guarantee that customs will not confiscate your order.
Please note that we do not take responsibility for orders confiscated by customs.
2.2.1 You personally take full responsibility for the product(s) you purchase.
When shipping to European countries and outside, the most order will go through the customs.
Importing cannabis seeds can be illegal in some countries or part of countries, High-Supplies.com accepts no responsibility as to verifying the legitimacy of the order before accepting it.
We will not reimburse you should any products be kept or destroyed by local authorities.
2.3 Shipping time
Shipping time is dependent upon not only on our mail service, but of course also on the service in your country, therefore we can only give an approx shipping time which we know from experience.
3. General Conditions:

4. Limitation of Liability

YOU AGREE THAT THE COMPANY PARTIES MAXIMUM LIABILITY ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT SOLD SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PRICE OF SUCH PRODUCT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT SUCH JURISDICTIONS LAW IS APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT.
5. Venue:
Any dispute arising from, or in connection with the Service shall be construed under the laws of The Netherlands.
6.Prices are subject to change.
Article 7. Refunds
We will refund the cost of returned goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not refund the cost of returning the goods, except for returning faulty or damaged goods. Refunds will be made by crediting your card or by a bank, depending on the method used for payment.
Article 8. Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without providing any explanation. The withdrawal period shall expire on the 14th calendar day from which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us with: your name, your full address, and, if available, your telephone number, your fax number, your email address, and your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or email).
You may use the model withdrawal form below, although it is not compulsory. You also have the option to electronically complete and submit the withdrawal form, or any other unequivocal statement, via email at info@high-supplies.com. If you exercise this option, we will inform you without delay by email of the receipt of the withdrawal. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to communicate that you'd like to exercise this right before the corresponding period has expired.
